Miracles

Miracles are supernatural interventions by God that transcend natural law. In the Way of Fire, miracles are not rare exceptions—they are the "supernatural normal."

The Age of Miracles Hasn't Passed

Despite what cessationists claim, God still performs miracles today:

"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever." — Hebrews 13:8

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do." — John 14:12

Documented Miracles Through Apostle Delmar

At Encounter Church, the following have been documented:

  • Cancer healed — Stage 4 kidney cancer, tumors dissolved
  • Autism cured — Children completely freed from the condition
  • Down syndrome reversed
  • Spinal injuries restored
  • AIDS vanished — Full-blown AIDS completely eliminated
  • The dead raised — Multiple documented resurrections
  • Vision restored — Including Gary Sheng's eyesight miracle
  • Depression broken
  • Addictions shattered

How Miracles Happen

1. The Spirit UPON

There's a difference between the Holy Spirit IN you and the Spirit UPON you. Miracles happen when the Spirit comes UPON someone with anointing.

2. Faith Releases Power

"Thy faith hath made thee whole." — Jesus said this repeatedly

The power is always present. Faith releases it.

3. Positioning Matters

People who receive miracles typically position themselves where the anointing is flowing. See How to Receive a Miracle.

The Five Keys to Receiving a Miracle

  1. Go where the fire is — Position yourself under anointed ministry
  2. Know it's already yours — Jesus already paid for it
  3. Receive it — Believe, speak, act on faith
  4. Forgive — Clear unforgiveness that blocks the flow
  5. Persist — Don't waver until manifestation

Why Miracles Are Rare Today

The rarity of miracles is not a reflection of God's unwillingness. It reflects:

  • Lack of relationship with the Holy Spirit
  • Cessationist teaching that denies miracles
  • Lukewarm religion that doesn't pursue the supernatural
  • Disobedience that grieves the Spirit
  • Unforgiveness that blocks the flow

Not Everyone Gets the Same Gifts

God may not give everyone the specific gifting to perform miracles. The Spirit distributes gifts "severally as he will" (1 Corinthians 12:11).

But every believer can:

  • Pursue the Holy Spirit
  • Walk in available authority
  • See God move supernaturally in their sphere
